statue customisation
Occasionally clients ask that we alter the appearance of an existing statue, to resemble a saint that may be difficult to find. The degree of alteration depends upon the suitability of the statue to be utilised. Some examples are shown on this page.
Life size plaster statue of the Immaculate conception customised to represent Our Lady of Guadalupe - note addition of sash at waist, and the replication of the constellation and codex as on the famous image.

Life size plaster statue of Saint Patrick customised to represent Pope Saint Leo the Great. Note the addition of a
a Papal mitre with the three bands symbolising the Trinity, his staff, the addition of gloves with a tasselled sleeve, ornamented border to his robe and book. Requested by the church of St. Leo the Great.


Plaster statue of St. Gaspar (?) customised to represent Saint Philip Neri.
Note the addition of a Biretta , collar and beard. Requested by an Oratarian church.


A Damaged plaster statue of our lady of Grace, customised to represent our Lady of Sorrows.
Note the addition of a heart pierced with swords, and wimple. The snake was removed, and the colour scheme changed. Requested by Church of St. Anne.
