Cardinal John Henry Newman was declared to be the 38th Doctor of the Church, on 31st of July 2025 by Pope Leo XIV. We present for your interest, Jeanette's sculpture of him, created in 2015.

This bust of Saint John Henry Newman is 17 inch high and cast in plaster;

The example shown left has the optional details of gold leaf for the pectoral cross, and oak plinth to the base.

' Capturing Cardinal Newman's iconic distinctive features wasn't all I wanted to achieve with this bust. I wanted it to be more than a likeness or academic study.
